Clear scope, no pressure

Get a Free Heat Pump Estimate on Long Island

Tell us what you want to improve and we will help you find a practical heat pump solution for your home.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Requesting an estimate does not commit you to anything. It starts a conversation about your home, your current equipment, and what you want to change, whether that is leaving oil heat behind, fixing rooms that never feel comfortable, or replacing a system that is on its last legs.

1. We talk through your goals

A short phone call covers your current system, the problems you are seeing, and the outcome you want.

2. We look at the house

We schedule a visit to review the equipment, ductwork, electrical service, insulation, and the rooms that matter most.

3. You get a clear written estimate

The estimate spells out the recommended system, what is included, and what the project involves. We explain the reasoning, not just the bottom line.

4. You decide on your timeline

Take the time you need. When you are ready, we schedule the installation around your family and keep the project organized from start to finish.

Free estimates for every heat pump service

We provide free estimates across our full range of work: central air-source heat pump installation, oil to heat pump conversion, ductless mini-split systems, heat pump water heaters, and maintenance plans. Repairs are quoted in writing after diagnosis, before any work begins.

Estimates are based on your actual home, so the number you receive is one we stand behind. If incentive programs apply to your project, we flag them during the visit so you can factor them into the decision.

What your written estimate covers

Every estimate spells out the recommended equipment and capacity, the number of zones, any ductwork or electrical work the project needs, condensate and drainage details, and the full installed price. For oil to heat pump conversions, it also covers the hot water strategy and what happens to the old boiler and tank. If your project qualifies for current utility or state incentive programs, we point that out during the visit so you can weigh the real net cost before deciding anything.
